YesTrade is expected to help enhance awareness on export control by offering information on basic guidelines for their export and import activities and greatly improve the speed and efficiency of all related process. It has made it possible for users to coherently and systematically manage all the related business without visiting government agencies. It also helps avoid risky factors beforehand and streamline export-related procedures, thus contributing to promoting the nation's foreign trade to comply with export control and improving the nation's international credibility.
 
Functions
 
Portal Service

The portal service offers a wide range of information and news on export control, regulations, e.g. the Combined Notice of Export/Import of Strategic Items and Technologies (Combined Notice), and etc. It also enables companies to make an on-line application for predetermination/licensing and training on export control. The main menu includes introduction of the system, policies and regulations, determination/licensing support, notice/information and customers' center.


Predetermination/Licensing Service

Its main function allows companies to make an application for the predetermination/licensing procedures and inquire the result afterward.

Self-determination service
This is to assist companies in self-management by helping them determine whether their products and technologies fall under the first class strategic items using Parameter Sheet and the determination tool of strategic items.
 
Predetermination service
If exporters cannot confirm whether their items fall under strategic items using the Combined Notice or using the self-determination of strategic items, they can apply for on-line predetermination and get the result of the predetermination on-line.
 
Licensing support service
Exporters should obtain export licenses if their items and technologies are judged as the 1st class strategic items and technologies. If they use the export license service, they can apply for a license on-line without visiting the agencies. They can also receive export licenses on-line and check the process.
 
Export trade report
Exporters should submit the export trade report If the items that they are exporting or importing are categorized as 1st class strategic items.
 
Issuance of Confirmation on Purpose of Import
Importers can apply on-line for confirmation note on purpose of import and check the process in case the overseas exporters request the form.
